for every passenger in your party and either email it to
Veronica@DeafTravelClub.com or fax it to 954-775-2585. (If you decide to
email the form please fill it out and name the file with your last name and then
send it as an attachment). We will reserve your stateroom and will email you
your cabin number and confirmation.
