1) Will there be Sign Language Interpreters/CART Service
Providers onboard the ship?
Absolutely! Sign Language Interpreters/CART Service Providers will be available both
onboard the ship and for tours in Alaska. In addition to that Royal Caribbean
International is providing portable room kits that include a visual/tactile alert system.
The system provides alerts for door knocking, smoke detector and alarm clock. TV sets
will be closed captioning for the deaf and hard of hearing.

3) How many formal nights will we have during the cruise?
Meals in the dining room will follow this schedule:
- 4 Casual nights
- 1 Smart Casual night
- 2 Formal nights
Suggested guidelines for these nights are:
Casual: Sport shirts and slacks for men, sundresses or pants for women
Smart Casual: Jackets and ties for men, dresses or pantsuits for women
Formal: Suits and ties or tuxedos for men, cocktail dresses for women
4) What does the price of my cruise include?
The price of your cruise vacation includes:
- Ship accommodations

- Dining in Specialty Restaurants such as Portofino
- Spa and Salon services

- Any purchases made in the gift shops onboard
- Shore excursions
- Photographs
- Video Arcade
- Medical Services
- Internet Access
- Transfers (Unless guest has purchased our air/sea package)

- Ship to Shore Telephone calls
- Gratuities
- Alcoholic Beverages
- Non-Alcoholic Beverages (excluding water, lemonade and iced tea)
5) What is included in the price of my cruisetour?
The price of your cruise vacation includes:
- Ship accommodations
- Ocean transportation
- Most meals onboard
- Some beverages onboard
- Most entertainment onboard
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted, on a per-person basis and
based on double occupancy of the stateroom.
In addition to the above, the price of your cruisetour includes all transportation (e.g. by
motorcoach, rail, or otherwise) as indicated in the itinerary and transfers, all sightseeing
as indicated in the itinerary, as well as hotel accommodations (based on double
occupancy, single occupancy available for an extra charge).
The cruise/cruisetour vacation price does not include: air transportation (except as
noted), transfers (except as noted), optional shore and land excursions, meals and
accommodations ashore (except as noted), certain beverages, casino gambling,
photographs, gratuities, telephone calls, specialty restaurants onboard certain vessels,
purchases from the ship stores, or items of a personal nature such as medical services,
laundry, massages, spa treatments, hair styling or manicures. Some of these items may
be purchased separately. Food and beverages are not included on Alaska Cruisetours.
On the Canadian Rockies Cruisetours, food is included as noted in the cruisetour
itinerary. For cruisetours that include air travel, airfare is included in the package.
6) What is Royal Caribbean International's Age Policy?
No guest under the age of twenty-one (21) will be reserved in a stateroom unless
accompanied by an adult twenty-one (21) years of age, or older. This age limit will be
waived for minor children sailing with their parents or guardians in adjacent staterooms
or under-aged married couples (proof of marriage is required).
INFANT POLICY
Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the
cruise/cruisetour; provided, that for transatlantic, transpacific, Hawaii, select South
American and other selected cruises/cruisetours, the infant (as of the first day of the
cruise/cruisetour) must be at least 12 months old. As of April 22, 2008, the list of
cruises to which the 12 month minimum age requirement applies is as follows: Mariner
of the Seas; January 4, 19, February 3, 2009. Splendour of the Seas; March 30, 2009.
Legend of the Seas; November 16, 2009.
Any cruisetours associated with these cruises are also subject to the 12 month
minimum age requirement. Denial of boarding for infants who do not satisfy these
minimum age requirements may also result in the denial of boarding for one or more
guests sailing with that infant. No refunds or other compensation shall be due from
cruise line to anyone as a result of the denial of boarding to an underage infant or
other accompanying guests.
Royal Caribbean International reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Royal
Caribbean International's age policy for gambling and consumption of alcoholic
beverages is as follows: Please note: An individual's age on the date of sailing
determines his or her status for the entire cruise vacation.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Effective as of all sailings commencing on or after July 28, 2006, the minimum
drinking age for all alcoholic beverages on all Royal Caribbean International ships is 21.
Guests are not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages onboard for consumption or
any other use. Alcoholic beverages that are purchased in ports of call or from onboard
shops will be stored by the ship and delivered to guest staterooms on the last day of
the sailing. Security may inspect containers (water bottles, soda bottles, mouthwash,
luggage etc.) and will dispose of containers holding alcohol. Royal Caribbean's Guest
Conduct Policy may be enforced, up to and including disembarkation, if a guest violates
any alcohol policy. Guests under the age of 21 will not have alcohol returned to them.
Guests who violate any alcohol policies, (over consume, provide alcohol to people
under age 21, demonstrate irresponsible behavior, or attempt to conceal alcoholic
items at security and or luggage check points or any other time), may be disembarked
or not allowed to board, at their own expense, in accordance with our Guest Conduct
Policy.
All guests must comply with TSA guidelines for transporting liquids.
Royal Caribbean reserves the right to revoke or otherwise restrict drinking privileges
of any guest, regardless of age.
GAMBLING POLICY
Guests eighteen (18) years of age and older are welcome to play in our casinos (for all
Alaska sailings, guests must be 21 years of age in order to play in our casinos).
